When you make a purchase at Constudio.se, you must accept our purchase terms. It is important that you as a customer read these carefully.
Constudio.se.se applies and complies with the Distance Contracts Act and the Consumer Purchase Act.
In cases where traders shop at Constudio.se.se, the Purchase Act is applied .
Prices
For you as a private and business customer all prices on Constudio.se are stated in Swedish kronor (SEK) and include 25% VAT.
For you as a business customer having construction or renovation as primary business operation of the comapnu, all the prices are based on consturcion reverse charge 25% VAT, resulting out in zero VAT.
We reserve the right for possible printing and typing errors. In the event of a material price error, we reserve the right to cancel your order and inform you of this.
Price matching
Do you find a product at a longer price from one of our competitors? On each individual product you will find the "price match" option. This means you send us a request to match that price. This request must be sent before you place your order, as we are unable to correct the price afterwards. This is also not a guarantee, but you send us your request with the information requested in the email. We will then investigate the possibilities to match the price and get back to you via email.
Ordering
Ordering products is done via Constudio.se's webshop. When your order is completed, your purchase is confirmed by an order confirmation via the e-mail address you have provided. The order confirmation is automatically generated by Constudio.se's database without manual review. In the event of any inaccuracies in e.g. price, delivery time etc. Constudio.se reserves the right to correct this afterwards. In these cases, we contact the customer and inform them of the situation.
You must be 18 years or older to shop at Constudio.se Purchases made by persons under the age of 18 are automatically cancelled. We reserve the right for any errors on the website.
In the event of any false orders or other attempted fraud, the matter will be reported to the police.
Constudio.se.se reserves the right to refuse an order.
Payment
We have 4 different payment options.
Card payment
Card payment is via Stripe.
Pay via Swish
You can easily and conveniently pay for your order through your mobile phone via Swish. Complete instructions can be found at checkout when you select Swish as a payment option.
Advance payment (via bank transfer)
Pay in advance through Trustly. In the payment option, select the bank you want to pay your order from. You then confirm your payment with Mobile BankID or any other method supported by your bank, to make the transaction secure.
Complaint / Warranty
Constudio.se complies with the Consumer Purchase Act in all complaint cases. This means that all our products have at least a 3-year warranty. If you have questions regarding complaint matters, you are welcome to contact our customer service. If you claim a broken item, you need to upload pictures of the broken product in the claim case.
In the event of a fault covered by the right of complaint, Constudio.se applies one of the following: exchange of the product, dispatch of a spare part or a repairman to inspect the product. In cases where a service technician is sent out on a complaint case and no errors can be found, or if the error is self-inflicted, e.g. due to incorrect assembly or handling errors, the customer will be charged for any costs that may arise.
Some manufacturers provide guarantees on their products that may extend beyond the right to claim. It is stated on each individual item and if you need to use that guarantee, contact customer service and we will help you by contacting the manufacturer.
If you want to complain about a product, it must be done to Constudio.se via our email.
There you can describe the fault and attach pictures documenting the fault or damage to the product.

Constudio.se.se must be contacted before the goods/services are possibly sent back.
Constudio.se does not cover expenses and costs in connection with the assembly or disassembly of defective products. If you hire a plumber or other professional, you are responsible for any costs yourself. If we send a spare part when processing a complaint, you as the customer are responsible for the cost of having the spare part replaced.
In the event of a dispute, Constudio.se.se applies the recommendations of the General Complaints Board. You can read more about the General Complaints Board (ARN) and your rights at https://arn.se/ .
You can complain via the European Commission's complaints portal, which may be relevant if you are registered in another EU country. The complaint can be submitted here https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/ and you must state our e-mail address info@constudio.se with a complaint.
In cases where businesses shop at Constudio.se.se, the Purchase Act is applied in complaints and warranty matters.
